The TOPS Programme Team is made up of a mix of consultants, contractors, fixed term substantive employees and permanent staff. The skill set is diverse, from HE subject matter experts to Business Analysts, Project Managers to Accountants. We are looking for dynamic, experienced and versatile individuals experienced in transformation and change.
Over the course of the programme we will be advertising a number of secondment opportunities and substantive roles within the programme team.
Working on campus
From the start of term on 27 September, UCL expects all remaining staff to return to work from our buildings. Senior Continuous Improvement Manager - Full Time - £58,404 to £63,483 per annum
This role will deliver and embed positive, meaningful and sustained change for the UCL community (professional services staff, academics and students) by leading on large scale and complex improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology.
You will have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) qualification, as well as a track record delivering measurable continuous improvement changes in a service organisation. You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across the institution.
