Research Associate Vacancy in UCL I&I

Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Associate position in the UCL Division of Infection and Immunity funded by a Wellcome Trust Investigator Award to Dr Mahdad Noursadeghi, with the aim of identifying the mechanisms by which genetically encoded differences in immune responses influence the outcome of infection with Mycobacterium Tuberculosis.

The post combines innovative molecular and system level assessments of in vivo human immune responses in Tuberculosis with in depth mechanistic studies of the human immune cellular pathways that control M. Tuberculosis growth.
