Our annual joint LSHTM-UCL-TB World TB Day Symposium (24th March) will take place this year on Zoom, and is open to all.
We wish to highlight contemporary TB research, control measures and policy initiatives, and to discuss future challenges. Our aim is to connect with all the people in London and around the world who work on, or are affected by TB: researchers; people in surveillance, control and policy; those in diagnostics and patient care; and affected patients and communities.
- Welcome (Dr Michael Spence, President & Provost of UCL, and Dame Anne Mills, Deputy Director & Provost of LSHTM)
- Session 1: Voices from the Front Line: Patient, Healthcare Provider, and Policy Maker Perspectives
- Session 2: How to Find the Missing Millions?
- Session 3: Redefining the Mtb infection and TB disease paradigms
- Session 4: Accelerating Drug Discovery & Development
