Major Strategic Projects Portfolio

The Office of the Vice-President (Strategy) coordinates and support UCL's broad strategic project portfolio.

UCL has a large and ambitious portfolio of major projects. We are responsible for monitoring progress through a portfolio dashboard and for termly reporting to SMT.

We also co-lead the Project and Programme Management Community of Practice for current and aspiring PPM professionals at UCL.
