Dr Samuel Livingstone to receive EPSRC New Investigator Award

Dr Samuel Livingstone, lecturer in the department of Statistical Science, will receive a £207,950 EPSRC New Investigator Award  entitled ‘Robust and scalable Markov chain Monte Carlo for heterogeneous models’. The research grant will run from 1st November 2021 - 31st October 2023, and will allow Dr Livingstone to recruit a postdoctoral researcher and organise an international conference.
