Short course - Practical Statistics for Medical Research: 11-14 June 2019

Registration is now open for ‘Practical Statistics for Medical Research’, a four day training course in study design and statistical methods delivered by the Biostatistics group at the Department of Statistical Science. The course is aimed at healthcare professionals or researchers who wish to learn more about the basic principles of quantitative research methods and their application in medical science.

Material covered is at an intermediate level and does not assume any deep understanding of statistical terms or concepts. The course has been running for more than 30 years and is taught by experienced medical statisticians.
