Biographical Details

Before joining the UCL Department of Statistical Sciences in 2023, I held various Higher Education sector roles leading professional services teams and strategic projects departmental and faculty level, as well as managing and developing specialist student support services including careers, library and wellbeing. An advocate of lifelong learning, I am an Aurora mentor, an Associate Fellow of the higher Education Academy achieved my Association for Project Management PFQ qualification. My professional interetsts include digital education, training and development, marketing and communications, process improvement and customer service excellence. 

Responsibilties 

1. Management of the department professional services team. 

2. Management and Development of key departmental resources including staff, finances, health and safety, security, estates and IT.

3. To ensure the delivery of all support services.
