Biographical Details
Baptiste is an Associate Professor in Medical Statistics at the Department of Statistical Science, UCL and a member of the Biostatistics Group within the NIHR UCLH/UCL Biomedical Research Centre. Baptiste completed a MSc at the Paris Statistical Institute (ISUP) and a PhD at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). Previously he worked at the French IRD in Thailand, the UK Medical Research Council, and LSHTM.
Research Interests
Baptiste has been involved in research on a broad range of medical topics, including HIV, malaria, mental health and primary care. He is interested in developing statistical methods in medical research, particularly practical methods for the analysis of clinical trials. His main methodological interests include missing data, cluster-randomised trials, and health economic evaluation.
