Biographical Details

Before joining the UCL Department of Statistical Sciences in 2023, Cassie held various Higher Education sector roles leading professional services teams and strategic projects at Departmental and Faculty level, as well as managing and developing specialist student support services including careers, library and wellbeing. An advocate of lifelong learning, Cassie is an Aurora mentor, an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and has recently achieved her Association for Project Management PFQ qualification. Her professional interests include digital education, training and development, marketing and communications, process improvement and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Management of and overall responsibility for the Departmental Professional Services Team
• Management and development of key departmental resources including staff, finances, health & safety, security, estates and IT
• To ensure the successful delivery of all support services
