Report an IT security incident – non GDPR

If you have witnessed an IT security incident, not related to a personal data breach, e.g. phishing, malware/virus, DoS/brute force attack and theft or loss of UCL mobile IT, please report it as soon as you can to the UCL Information Security Group (ISG) using the form below.

Before you start

Depending on the nature of the incident, you may also need to report it to UCL Security and the UCL Data Protection Office. 

The IT incident form requests the following information: 

  • your contact details; 
  • a description of the incident;
  • timeline information; and
  • any technical details 

The form is designed to gather as much information as possible up front. Please complete the form as thoroughly as you can.
