Report a broken lift

Please report lift faults to the Estates customer team who will arrange for someone to come and fix it. Simply complete an online form to raise a job in Estates' system and follow up with a phone call if the issue needs urgent attention.

Before you start

You will need:

  • Your UCL username and password;
  • the UCL building name and floor level where applicable;
  • a description of service required; and
  • the lift number (this will be inside the lift, or on a notice outside it. It will look something like this: 125/ACA/PASS/L1)

Make a service request in MyCampus

2. If the lift needs fixing urgently
