Register your mobile phone for MyAccount and you can reset your password anywhere, anytime without needing to contact the ISD service desk.

Before you start

You will need:

your UCL user ID;
your password; and
your mobile phone number.

Registering your phone makes it easy for you to manage your password.

Simply visit myaccount.ucl.ac.uk/registerphone and enter your details.
