Access my student’s SoRA

Students with a disability or long-term condition will usually have a Summary of Reasonable Adjustments (SoRA) drawn up with the Disability, Mental Health and Wellbeing team and their Departmental Disability Officer. This guide will help you to access the SoRA of current students.

Before you start

You will need your UCL username and password to log into Portico. 

You will also need at least one of the following to search for a SoRA: 

  • Student code/number   
  • Module code 
  • Programme code. 

The search only works for current students. 

1. Log into Portico

You will need your UCL username and password to log into Portico.

2. Search for a student’s SoRA

You will need to do a search in Portico.
