Nirha Efendic is a Curator and the Head of the Department of Ethnology at the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a lecturer at the University of Sarajevo’s Music Academy and Research Associate at the CISAR research centre (Sarajevo). She obtained her Masters and PhD degrees from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo. As a researcher and project leader, she has been specializing in applied qualitative research approaches, including ethnography and in-depth interviewing. Nirha is author of two academic books and has published several papers in international peer-reviewed journals.
