Join UCL School of Pharmacy and the British Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences for an afternoon of exploring the use of medical plants and natural products past and present through lectures and poster sessions. Invited speakers include Rui Fang from the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, Francesca Scotti from the UCL School of Pharmacy, and Ranee Paresh, Curator of Botany at the British Natural History Museum. This is a free event, but pre-registration is required.

PLEASE NOTE, the symposium will be immediately followed by a reception and the UCL Annual Frank Fish Lecture. This year's speaker is Professor Frances Brodsky, DPhil FMedSci, Director of the Division of Biosciences and Professor of Cell Biology at University College London since January 2014. The Frank Fish Memorial Lecture is also free but requires separate registration (click here).
