Renewed partnership offers scholarship opportunities for British Muslim students
13 March 2023
UCL’s Faculty of Social & Historical Sciences is delighted to have partnered with the Aziz Foundation for the second year to provide scholarships for Masters’ students from British Muslim communities.
We are delighted to have partnered with the Aziz Foundation for the second year running to provide up to three scholarships for British Muslim students pursuing a Master’s degree in the Faculty for the academic year 2023-24.
We are proud to remain as one of the Foundation’s Preferred Partners, having demonstrated our commitment to widening participation at the postgraduate level, as well as providing tailored academic and pastoral support to our Muslim student population. The Aziz Foundation works to support British Muslims to bring positive change to their communities and beyond by sponsoring students to pursue postgraduate programmes.
UCL’s Faculty of Social & Historical Sciences is strongly committed to widening access for British Muslim students and addressing the BAME awarding gap.
Dr Rebecca Jennings, Vice-Dean (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion)
