This year, we were delighted to have two BSc Crime and Security Science students win two Transition Mentor Programme awards in the Senior Mentor of the Year and Transition Mentor of the Year categories. 

Our Transition Mentor programme is designed for second and third year undegraduate students, who help first year students settle into university life by giving them advice on academic topics and support services available. 

This year, one of our BSc Crime and Security Science students also won the Faculty Undergraduate Scholarship for Excellence as a result of being the top performing Year 2 student in the Faculty of Engineering.
