Assessment of display screen equipment advanced workshop training
Staff who have been appointed as a departmental Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessor
Course description
This course is not available due to changes to be made to the DSE/ Workstation user self-assessment process. A new course for Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessors will be coming soon.
For DSE Assessors wishing to take a DSE assessment course please complete the Display Screen Equipment eLearning course via UCL Learning, after which you will be notified when the new course is available.
All safety instructor-led training courses are delivered by our team of safety experts.
Objectives
The instructor-led course will involve the following activities:
- Resolving problems that have been encountered when carrying out assessments
- How to run reports from riskNET and what to do with them
Target audience
Staff who have been appointed as a departmental Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessor
Cost
Training courses are free to UCL staff however your Department will be charged £50 if you fail to attend when booked on a course. Non-attendance at first aid courses will incur a higher non-attendance fee.

External delegates
Places to external delegates are only offered if there is spare capacity on an instructor-led course.
