RIS welcomes new Assistant Director for Pre-Award

As Assistant Director for Pre-Award in the Award Services team, Kasia will lead our pre-award function, which supports the development, review, and submission of all research grant applications on behalf of UCL.

Prior to joining UCL, Kasia was the Deputy Director of Research Grants Pre-Award and led the Pre-Award team supporting Health Faculties at King’s College London (KCL).

Having worked within research administration for 15 years, Kasia has experience in supporting the full research life cycle from costing an application, contract negotiations with funders and collaborators, and financial reporting to a number of national and international funders.

Kasia also played a key role in the launch of Worktribe at KCL, representing Pre-Award throughout the process.
