    Contract advice


    The Contract Services team provide a specialised and comprehensive research contracting service for UCL staff.

    They are responsible for processing all non-clinical research agreements for and on behalf of UCL, including those relating to Intellectual Property (IP).

    Due diligence for partners in LMICs

    For new awards, full due diligence should be undertaken for each Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC) partner prior to a collaboration agreement being signed.

    Contact the UCL Commercial and Procurement Services team for help and advice on all procurement-related matters for your project, including contracts for equipment and consumables.

    HR and employment contracts


    Research staff recruitment is managed through Human Resources (HR). Visit the UCL HR website for advice and guidance on the appointment of research staff.
