Widening Access to DREAMS:START to South-Asian Communities

About This Study

Through this project, we are interviewing family carers from South Asian backgrounds to understand how people with dementia from minority ethnic group experience sleep disturbances, and the impact this has on the family carer and other family members.

In addition to understanding varying experiences of caregiving, we are interested in identifying and discussing how best to culturally adapt the intervention in terms of content, delivery, improving access to resources and services, and collaborating with third sector organisations to promote community engagement.
