As there is a very high demand for UCL accommodation, after your first year it’s likely you’ll look for privately rented accommodation, often sharing with friends.

UCL is working with Student Homes to help provide limited accommodation for returning students.

University of London Housing Services

The University of London Housing Services can offer you help to find suitable accommodation. Rents and locations will vary, but you can expect to pay between £145 – £175 per week in central London. The further you live from the centre of London the cheaper the rents generally become, although this may increase your travel times and costs.
