Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton joins us for a conversation on the challenges facing the new administration, the state of democracy in the United States, the role of women in politics today, and America’s relationship with the UK and the world.
Mrs. Clinton is an American politician, diplomat, lawyer, writer, and public speaker. She served as the US Secretary of State from 2009-2013, as a US senator from the state of New York from 2001-2009, and as First Lady from 1993-2001. In 2016, she became the first woman to earn a major party’s nomination for president.
