The Politics & International Relations BSc (PIR) is designed for people who are passionate about politics and who want to look in-depth behind the headlines to understand the forces shaping today's world. The degree will empower you to assess some of the most pressing challenges of our time, both domestically and globally.

This one off taster session in the department of Political Science will offer an invaluable insight into what it is like to study at University.
You will have the chance to engage with our PIR programme Co-Director, meet our current PIR students, ask them lots of questions and take part in a lively debate! Our admissions staff will also be on hand to discuss how to write a personal statement for a UCAS application and there will also be time to take a tour of the campus
