Animations for young people, caregivers and professionals
We have produced four free animations focused on understanding the symptoms of PTSD and coping and support strategies that can help young people manage and overcome their PTSD symptoms. These resources were co-developed with young people for young people, their caregivers, and professionals.

Resources about Cognitive therapy for PTSD
Cognitive therapy for PTSD is a type of trauma-focused CBT – the best evidenced treatment for PTSD. To support mental health professionals to deliver high quality therapy, we have developed seven free videos demonstrating key components of the treatment with young people. Videos cover:
