What We Do

Our team is lead by the HR & EDI Team Manager and looks after the following areas:

• HR / staffing support which include: 
  -      Recruitment and Selection
  -      Visitor requests
  -      Policies and Procedures 
  -      HR Operation and Best Practice 
• Administrative / Operational support for DCAL Centre
• Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)
• Staff Development
• Well-being

Who We Support

• We provide local administrative / operational support for the Deafness Cognition and Language (DCAL) Research Centre.
   
• We provide HR / staffing support to Divisional staff in PALS as well as Departmental staff located in: 
  -      Experimental Psychology 
  -      Language and Cognition 
  -      Linguistics 
  -      Speech, Hearing and Phonetic Sciences 
  -      Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology
