Rewiring of Protein Networks

Proteins are one of the most important macromolecules found throughout our bodies. They do not work alone to achive optimal function of our complex bodies, theytend to interact with each other. Therefore, I wish to represent biological system as protein network. However, protein network alone does not give much information. I would like to structurally annotate the network. If possible, protein interfaces and modules identification will be carried out as well. Structurally annotated protein network produced can then be used to understand how genetic variation/splice variant affect protein network and therefore biological system.
