The first conviction of cyberflashing, which was directly informed by Prof Jessica Ringrose (IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education & Society) and Dr Kaitlyn Regehr’s (UCL Information Studies) research has taken place, evidencing the online harms of a ‘dangerously normalised’ practice.
