Scientists celebrate as UK rejoins Horizon Europe research programme

Professor Sir John Hardy (UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology) says the UK rejoining Horizon is good despite damage done by having left, while Professor James Wilsdon (UCL Science, Technology, Engineering & Public Policy) hopes work that went into Plan B isn't wasted.
