Anglo-Saxon Hall of Kings complex near Sutton Hoo is 'size of 20 football pitches'

A possibly pre-Christian temple from the time of the East Anglian Kings has been found at Rendlesham, near Sutton Hoo in Suffolk, by a team of archaeologists co-led by Professor Christopher Scull (UCL Institute of Archaeology).
