Is cheese good for you?

Dr Alex Ruani (IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education & Society) highlights the benefits of eating cottage cheese, "the fast-release whey in it, aids somnolence, the desire to drop off, and the slow release of casein in the subsequent hours helps you get a longer, more restful sleep".
