Covid variant ‘Eris’ will likely bring new wave of cases

Professor Christina Pagel (UCL Mathematics) discusses the new variant, saying it will likely cause a wave of new cases - with the hospitalisations and long Covid that follow - but that there is no evidence yet that it will cause more severe disease.
