Care home residents infected with the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2 are half as likely to be admitted to hospital compared to residents infected with Delta, suggests a new Vivaldi study led by Dr Maria Krutikov and Professor Laura Shallcross (UCL Institute of Health Informatics).
