Boris Johnson was not consulted over Queen Camilla decision

Dr Bob Morris (UCL Constitution Unit) said it was surprising that the Queen hadn’t told the Prime Minister of her decision to make Camilla Queen Consort, saying “we thought they would need to at least square it off with the Government.”
