Architects announce the completion of PEARL

Architects Penoyre & Prasad have announced completion of UCL's Person-Environment-Activity Research Lab (PEARL), described by its lead Professor Nick Tyler (Director, UCL Centre for Transport Studies) as a 'building to house the world'.
