The mystery of “The Butcher of Mariupol”

Professor Mark Galeotti (UCL School of Slavonic & East European Studies) said that the Russian commander Mikhail Mizintsev, dubbed “The Butcher of Mariupol,” was relatively unknown to Russia experts before the war.
