Eighteen nations have gone green on climate

Professor Michael Grubb (UCL Bartlett School of Environment, Energy & Resources) said that the IPCC report decline to name the 18 countries that had gone green because the data for some countries counted only carbon dioxide while for other included all greenhouse gases.
