Air pollution responsible for 180,000 excess deaths in tropical cities

Around 180,000 avoidable deaths over the past 14 years in fast-growing tropical cities were caused by a rapid rise in emerging air pollution, according to new research by Professors Dr Karn Vohra and Dr Eloise Marais (both UCL Geography).
