Gene silencing treatments and Huntington’s disease

The basic idea in Huntington’s disease is that it is only caused by one genetic mutation and by targeting that genetic mutation it would be hoped that you could reverse symptoms of the disease, says Professor Sarah Tabrizi (UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology).
