Finland plans to let workers see what their colleagues earn in order to reduce the gender pay gap

Finland has announced proposals to let workers know how much their colleagues earn, which can help to reduce pay gaps as individuals will “ask for either higher wages or they change companies to get those higher wages,” says Professor Almudena Sevilla (UCL Institute of Education)
