The rules surrounding who gets a royal title

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s children are not princes and princesses until Prince Charles takes the throne, as rules were implemented to “tidy up,” the amount of royals with titles when George V was in power, says Dr Bob Morris (UCL Constitution Unit).
