Ending Covid-19 lockdown prematurely could lead to more virus mutations

We must look beyond death and vaccination rates when thinking about easing Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, as premature easing would give the virus more chances to mutate, warns Professor Christina Pagel (UCL Mathematics).
