Crisis in courts over lack of skilled translators as experts switch to Netflix

Professor Jorge Siaz-Cintas (UCL School of European Languages, Culture & Society) said that “with the arrival of Netflix, but also newcomers like Disney Plus, it has had a knock-on effect on the number of people they need to translate these programmes.”
