Same operatives behind Salisbury poisoning and Czech ammo explosions

The revelation that the same Russian operatives executed the Salisbury poisoning and the blowing up of depots in the Czech Republic shows Russia has been taking covert aggressive action for some time, says Professor Mark Galeotti (UCL School of Slavonic & East European Studies).
