Labs told to run some Covid-19 tests twice amid concerns of false-positives

Professor Deenan Pillay (UCL Infection & Immunity) comments on new PHE guidance for laboratories to run patients’ Covid-19 tests twice if the positive result is vague, saying false positive results in the lab are not unusual or unique to the virus.
