How old is our love of bread?

Professor Dorian Fuller and PhD student Lara Gonzalez Carratero (both UCL Institute of Archaeology) comment on the archaeological evidence of bread and wheat, adding that the oldest fragments of bread are charred remains of a flatbread made in Iraq which date from 6500 BC.
