Experts argue ‘Parliament has been sidelined’

Professor Meg Russell (UCL Constitution Unit) and Research Assistant Lisa James (UCL Political Science) find that Parliament has been ‘sidelined’ in light of quickly instituted Covid-19 policies which have been introduced before debates on them could take place.
