Esketamine spray for treating depression 'not cost-effective'

A rejected nasal esketamine spray for depression has more issues than just costs. Honorary Professor David Curtis (UCL Biosciences) says the drug “is essentially just the active form of ketamine, which is a party drug, and hence there are concerns about the potential for abuse."
