New toolkit to help understand how COVID-19 affects crime

A research team led by Dr Herve Borrion (UCL Security & Crime Science) has developed a new range of tools, based on “resilience theory”, that can help assess the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on patterns of criminal activity.
