Irish Unification referendum would need a clear follow-up plan

Referendums on the future of the island of Ireland should only be held with a clear plan for what follows, concludes an interim report chaired by Dr Alan Renwick and including Professor Robert Hazell and Alan Whysall (all UCL Constitution Unit).
